I manage the full loan lifecycle from contract to close — handling initial disclosures, LE previews, 1003 reviews, AUS submissions, and order-outs for title, appraisals, HOI, WVOEs, and VOMs.

Throughout processing, I proactively collect and clear conditions, identify red flags early, and keep every party informed so nothing slips through the cracks. I review CDs for TRID compliance, coordinate closings, and stay engaged post-closing to resolve trailing conditions.
